Have To Bounce Actuate 10 Server After Apps Bounce

Im fairly new to Actuate so please forgive my ignorance...

We have a Purchased Oracle Application that uses Actuate 10. We have found that everytime we restart this application (Database and Coldfusion Jruns) it loses its connectivity to Actuate and we have to bounce the Actuate server before this can be obtained again.

Under the previous release of this App which utilised Actuate 8, if we did have an issue we could bounce the Active Portal jrun of the app and this would resolve the issue. As of this latest release we do not have a AP jrun associated with the app as i believe this is now incorporated into Actuate(??)....how do bounce just the jrun portion relevant to this app without bouncing the whole Actuate server and impacting other apps that use it
