how are you deploying it? Is the birt viewer on the remote machine?

Yes sir i have allreaady install web viewer on remote server,but the thing is that how i deploy it on remote server.please guide me step by step.can he end user modify it through tis url after deployment it on remort server.What i do i just extract the webviewer file from the zar file and put it on the tomcat/webapps/webviewer and rename the file to tomcat/webapps/birt.Is tere any reqruitment to have the database having same name as the datasource i use in my report design in local server?

The web viewer can be deployed on the remote machine the same way you did it on the local machine.
It is described here:

You can change the database url and user password by using a connection profile, by script, or property binding.
A couple of examples:

This video shows changing the query but the same approach can be used to change any of the datasource properties at runtime:
