HOW TO USE INFORMATION OBJECT IN FOR NEW GADGATES

Hi

I have formed a Information object using Classic Model in Designer its showing data in birt studio after selecting columns.

What i want to do is use it in information console to present data in a table or with any other available gadget.
But after dragging the table (from data visualization folder), its ask for data which shows resources folder where I have kept information object And Data source but inside the folder its shows nothing. which i can select as data for table.

Please help ... i dont know where to look for solution

Dashboard gadgets works with BIRT Data Objects. The workaround in this case would be to create Data Objects using the Information Objects as the data source and publish them to iServer.

I have been able to get it connected with data object.

Now i am facing other problem i.e, i have to format those gadgets in term of background color , bar color etc is there any way to do that. because in format option of gadgets like bar chart etc , i dont find any potion to do so.

Meanwhile you can create a BIRT report in BIRT Designer and define the colors to your likings and use that report/reportlet as a gadget.
