KPI reporting !

Dear all, i met a problem here,
My company want to standerlize the process of creation of the KPI&SLA reports.

the project leader creat the reports each month, and calculate KPI, creating charts by using excel. it is not convinient, so my boss want me to find a solution to standerlize the process of creating reports monthly.
now all the KPI are managed by diffirent tools,such as we use a bug tracking tool Mantis to track all the bugs indicators, for all the other KPIs, such as KPI 'quality'(formula: number of orders delived/ number of orders), which is recorded in the excel.
and now I choose the Birt as the reporting tools, qnd connect to the Mantis database to get the details of bug indicators, I could get data, but only the data of bugs indicator. it is still not practical to creating reports,

is there anyone have some suggestion for that? and any tools for the KPI Management ?

Can you give some more detail? Is all your data in the Mantis db or are you wanting to read some data from xls?

yes, 
in fact, there are several KPIs for each project. different project with different KPIS. 
I'll use one project as example 
Indicators for the phase of maintenance corrective: 
bugs got from the clients, it will be tracked by Mantis which will record the time used, the status, etc. 
Each month we would calculate the percentage of how many bugs solved with respecting SLA. 
 
 
Indicators for the members of projet: 
it will show the percentage that if the workers in the team of projet have enough experience in this technology area. calculate monthly. 
it is recorded with excel 
 
and some other Indicators blabla, which is recorded by excel now. 
 
 
so for the datasource, sometimes Mantis db, sometimes xls. 
 
but my problem is i could got the detail datas from those datasources, but what I need in the end id not the detail datas, it is the percentage for each KPI each month in one year, so I need to calculate the percentage mqnully, and then record in the table and finnaly create bars and reports by birt. 
if I did reports in this way, it is not more efficient than just using excel for creating bars and reports.......

There is a free unlimited trial version available. Just write a mail to them (info@atori.de) 
and ask for a Version - they will support you by installing and configuration.....

BIRT can do the calculations automatically and can even do this with some of the data coming from xls and some of the data coming from mantis.
