Question for birt report in 2.1.3

Hello i have a question.I have a table with fixed columns sizes,there is a group and many lines for each grup results,but i need to put one footer for each result in group a very long text(result from same query as the table result),so i need footer in this table to be indepentent from size of table columns.I mean the data to be on full footer line,not in one cell with width of current columns.It is possible to do this?Is there some way to cell with data on whole line of table?
Here is simple structure of my table without valuses:

If I'm understanding correctly, you can merge the cells in the row you want to put the long text in. You can do this by clicking and holding in the far left column and dragging over to the far right column. This will highlight all the cells in that row. Now you can right click in the middle of your selection of cells and choose "merge cells" from the menu. Let me know.
