WebViewer frameset passing parameter file

When using the WebViewerExample you pass URL parameters to the frameset as follows: 
 
<pre class='_prettyXprint _lang-auto _linenums:0'>http://localhost:8080/WebViewerExample/frameset?__report=report_test.rptdesign&Param1=foo&Param2=bar&Param3=etc</pre>
 
My problem is my number of parameters could potentially be very large. Is there a way of passing some sort of parameter config file in from a URL? i.e. something like 
 
<pre class='_prettyXprint _lang-auto _linenums:0'>http://localhost:8080/WebViewerExample/frameset?__report=report_test.rptdesign&__params=http://server/params.xml
</pre>
