BIRT Interactive Report generation

Can anyone help me build an interactive BIRT interactive tooltip?<br />
I want to build something similar to the report given in "<a class='bbc_url' href='http://www.birt-exchange.com/be/demos/resources/?articleid=20656'>BIRT Interactive Report</a>". I would also like to know which plug-in is being used in the above link provided.<br />
Any pointers to it, would be appreciated!<br />

The demo is for a product called Interactive Viewer, you can get more information on this product here:

As for implementing tooltips, here is a suggestion to do this in table:
