Flash Chart and Flash gadget

Flash Chart and flash gadget no supported in actuate one.
Insert flash graphic in the report and is displayed after
executing the following message: Flash chart report items are not supported in this report.
I have to install some add-on for Birt Designer Professional ?

You are using Actuate BIRT 11? Or what version? Can you attach your Actuate BIRT report design?

Yes I'm using Actuate BIRT 11.
I uninstalled the software and after reinstalling, have running right in my aplication.

The company I work is interested in buy the BIrt iServe, and I'm evaluating version Try 45 days of the iServe and Actuate 11 Professional Designer.
I have to show the features of software for the directors.

We have some more question to ask,

We have the open source birt software from eclipse foundation and we have it working with our PHP aplication throught the API with the PHP/JavaBridge protocol,
are we gonna be able to use some Actuate API or a can we call the report
from the Actuate viewer throught url passing parameters (like in
WebViewer from eclipse Birt) ?

With Actuate, you'll have access to the JSAPI to help allow you to call reports. You'll still be able to use java to call the reports like you could with Eclipse BIRT. You'll also have the Actuate viewer which will take a URL to call the report just like the open source viewer does. If you have run into questions specific to BIRT with iServer, asking them in the iServer forum might get you a better response.
