How to add 'ALL','NO SELECT' into the Select

There is a parameter named RP_lpar,its display type is List Box and the Selection list values is dynamic from data set DS_Parm_Lpar.I want to add the 'ALL' and 'NO SELECT' into the selection list,now i do it in query like follows:<br />
<pre class='_prettyXprint _lang-auto _linenums:0'>select lpar from t_lpar
union
select 'ALL' from dual
union
select 'NO SELECT' from dual</pre>
But i don't want to do it in the db level,how do it in the birt?<br />

did i get it right, that "dual" is an extra table and you would like to avoid that one?

why not simply leave out those two "from dual"?
meaning:

select lpar from t_lpar
union
select 'ALL'
union
select 'NO SELECT'

that should give the same result without that dual-table
