Apply Styles from a .css file in designing template

Hi All, 
 
I'm using BIRT - 2.3.2 and I'm creating a template which can be reused by other report developers. 
I have also a .css file in which I have all the styles needed. 
I wanted to use this .css file and apply some styles from it in the design of template.
