I have been working on prototyping a reporting application using BIRT which will integrate with an existing secured web service. Using a web service data source and a custom java driver class the runtime integrates well with the webservices.
However I could not find a way in BIRT to load individual pages from the webservice. As of now BIRT pulls the entire data from the webservice at once. Basically I want to load only the first page from the data set and when the user clicks on "next Page", the soap request needs to be populated with offset (depending on the page requested) and the length of records as seen below. And the response from this soap request needs to be rendered in the next page of the report.

Is there any way this can be done in BIRT ?
