I developed 2 reports in birt 2.6 through birt rpc engine. 
I created birt-viewer directory in tomcat and run all reports successfully. 
 
Now i have one jsp application in eclipse and i want to integrate this 2 reports in that projects.

You can create a dynamic web project in eclipse that includes BIRT. You have to download the wtp integration package from the BIRT download site. Take a look at this thread:
