Group in a Cross Tab table
csasaki
Hi,
I have made a DataCube and from that made a Cross tab like the one seen in the attach file.
I want to group the data because want to aggregate the hours by the name of the person ( 1st field).
Can i do that here?
Any ideas?

Can you explain this a little bit more? Are you meaning you want a crosstab for each person or something else? Let me know.

If you click on the icon next to the outer row dimension, "analyst", there is an option for "totals". If you click on this, you will see an option to add a "subtotal" and a "grand total". What you're wanting is the subtotal option. So, if you select this option, you should get what you're wanting. Let me know. This option may not be there for early versions of BIRT. I'm not sure on that.
