BIRT i Server installation

We have downloaded the ActuateBIRTiServerEnterprise.exe from BIRT exchange.

We have installed the BIRT i server 11 but its not opening the login page only getting message "Connecting to i server please wait".

I have observed the Actuate i server service is also not created.How we can create it.May be the above problem is due to unavailabilty of the service.

Please help us to do proper installation.

Hi.

There is a zip version of the iServer that once you unzip, you just need to run a batch file to start it. Give it a try. Let us know the result.

It will be great help if you specify the path of the zip version of iserver
and name of the batch fle which need to run to start the server.
