How to avoid displaying empty row.

Hi,

I am using cross tab to display my result. my resilt returns 6 rows. in that one row is having value for for one field and remaing fileds are null. I have attached the screen shots of what am i doing.

HI, same thing is there in my mind but i wanted to know is there any way. since i am giving accounting year name, same way i can give scope name to resolve the issue.
