table of contents in report

is it possible to display table of contents in a BIRT report , with datasource as csv(flat file datasource).
If possible could you please quote an example.

The Web and PDF views have a Table of Contents automatically generated. The TOC is not printable but is fully functional for linking.

1. First create one folder and place ur csv file in that folder.
2. create a new report with Flat file data source as data source.
3. create a new dataset and select required columns.

we would like to want the same functionality as we have in a word document , there should be a toc where in we click a particular section takes u to the required section.

If its possible in BIRT , could u please post us one example report with TOC.
