I am new to this forum. i am having issues to generating Images dynamically.
We are generating Report Design at run time using Report Engine API. As part of Rpt design we have to create the Image.
We have code to create Dynamic Image Handle as shown below.
//Create Image Hanlde
ImageHandle hndName = reportDesignHandle.getElementFactory()
.newImage(columnName);
//Set Source Type as Image Reference
hndName.setSource(DesignChoiceConstants.IMAGE_REF_TYPE_FILE);
Assign Expression.
hndName.setValueExpression("dataSetRow[\"" + columnName + "\"]");
Add it to the Cell.
cellHandle.getContent().add(hndName);
We are using Scriptlet DataSource to populate the data back to the Data Source.
When we execute the report we are getting NULL
@ImageHanlde. getImage method.
Could you please help me to get through this?
