Calling Java Script Function in Reports

I have created a Java Script file with custom date functions for the report. Report runs fine on BIRT Designer. When ran the report on server it fails saying method not defined.

I have included the File in Resources section of the report. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to go about fixing this? Thank you for the help.

So, you did add it under javascript files in the resources section of the property editor for the report and it's not recognizing it?

Yes. That is correct. I added the file under Resources --> JavaScript File. This works fine in Designer. Not working when I run the reoirt on the Server.

Are you putting the js file in your resource folder, as defined in your web.xml, in your deployment?

No. I'm only including the file in the report and have not included anywhere else. I thought it would be embed the .js from in the report. Should I include on ?resource? folder on the server? .js file under /AcServer/resources/, additionally do I need to define that in web.xml?
