It's hard to be very specific not knowing what your data looks like, but if you only bring in data for a single page or group, you'll use a grid and embed your different tables in it to arrange the tables how you'd like. If you're bringing in data for multiple groups and need multiple pages to look like this, you'll have an outer table or list that lists the groups and then embed your layout grid and tables inside this outer table so that you can limit their data by the outer listing value. Hope this helps some.

Is there any sample report to show me? because i didn't get you.you see at the top it's not like tabular format, it's like steps.

Your example above looks a lot like a crosstab too. It'll be hard for me to make a specific example for you when I don't know what your data looks like or anything. You say you'll have data from 5 sources. Can you tell me what parts of the above image come from what source?
