Report version migration

Hi,

I have a reports desinged using the version2.2. i want to convert those reports to 2.5. if i opened these reports in 2.5 version, i am getting the error "The opening design file is not valid". is any way to convert the reports 2.2 to 2.5?

You should be able to upgrade using the Designer.
Are you taking Actuate (v9) BIRT reports and attempting to upgrade using Eclipse BIRT?

The error may be from the additional features/components available in Actuate BIRT not being available in BIRT 2.5.

I am not using the actuate. i am trying to open the report in designer only.I am getting this error in desiner only.
