Start birt engine when Glassfish starts

Hi.

After reding this:

and following some links and googling I opted to use Equinox in my Glassfish 3.1 and now I'm able to use Birt from my web applications (I use the viewerservlet) but now I have the problem that starting Birt takes so long so first user asking for some birt report will suffer the start delay so I would like to star Birt when application server starts.

I'm aware that may be is more a question for OSGi platform than Birt but I guess someone else faced the same problem I have.
