Conditional Page Break?

I have a report that multiple sites use. 1 site has a requirement that no other does. This particular element requires a page break.

But, in putting that in it gives every other site a page break there. Is there a way to: pageBreak IF siteid = x ?

As far as i know what you want to do cannot be achieved using a page break. However, maybe this can be done another way, by creating 2 tables and adding a filter siteid <> x for the 1st one and a filter siteid = x and a page break before for the 2nd one?

Another option could be to add a extra footer row that contains no data fields, but wiht a page break after on it. You could then use your condition to show or hide that extra row.
