Data Deploy Filtering

I am trying to data deploy metadata to an oracle database using data deploy 5.6. All seems to be working fine until i use filters. I want to prevent any files which do NOT have the TeamSite/Metadata/Identifier extended attribute from being deployed. Each time I add the following filter, I get 0 records. Every time I do not use the filter, I get 146 records deployed. 146 is the total number of files in my STAGING area, but only 64 of these should be deployed (the rest don't have an Identifer). Can someone help me out?
