Export report to CSV or PDF

Hi,

I would like to be able to have my report generated in PDF and CSV instead of being displayed directly on the Actuate Viewer.


For example, when I click on the "Export" button, I would like to have the regular browser download file pop-up coming up instead of the report being displayed in the viewer (the report should not be displayed in the viewer)

I would like to be able to do this through JSApi if possible (if can't be done, only then through Java).

I would appreciate some sample for these.

Are you using URL's to call your reports? If so, maybe using the format=pdf url parameter will help. I believe it gives the option to open or save when you run it to pdf.
