Hi,

I just wanted to confirm whether when a report is rendered within Tomcat process on the server and all that appears on the client is the HTML. Is this the case?

It is a jdeveloper 11.1.2, integrated Weblogic server 11gr1, firefox 4 and ie 8. 
the page is a jsf page but has two buttons to open the document in pdf and word. 
if i remove the two buttons and try to render it in html ie crashes.
