Terminating workflow

Can an administrator see all the workflows in process? Can he or a master can terminate any workflow?

A Master can terminate any job.
I'm not sure about Administrator - though it is possible.
The owner of the job can also terminate the job.

I believe anyone can do a View All Jobs

Even an author can view all jobs that are not related to him?

Yes but not through the new webdesk interface.

Actually on that note... I keep getting confused.
What is the old interface known as...
webdesk pro?... webdesk classic?... both?...

The official name of the "old" GUI is WebDeskPro (there might be a space or two in there, not sure) - but it is also sometimes referred to as the "classic" TeamSite GUI.

Anyway, yes, I believe that Authors can see All Jobs in WebDeskPro, but can only see tasks assigned to them (or grouptasks for which they are able to take ownership) witin the WebDesk interface.
