Is there any way in BIRT to display table report item in page at a specific position

Is there any way in BIRT to display table report item in page at a specific position.

Say table report item to start displaying data (150 Pixels from Top).

I'm hereby attaching a sample design file. The File makes use of library for master pages. First page header comes from body and for rest all pages it is derived from library master pages. I wanted the 2nd page table to start at a position similar to first page here.

Appreciate your help in this.

With BIRT, you'd have to use grids to push a report element down in the page. If using a HTML output, you could grab an element in client side script and give it an absolute position, but this won't work for PDF.
