Chart Preview cannot be seen

Hi,
I downloaded the birt-report-designer-all-in-one-2_6_2 and when I am trying to add a chart using the designer, I am not able to view the preview. See attached. Help!

Are you getting an error at the top of the chart editor? What kind of dataSet are you using?

Thanks Mike for your response. See attached. THere is no error.<br />
Secondly. I have not started to use any dataset. I am trying to create a new chart and the 1st screen itself does not show me a preview.<br />

Hmmm. Try restarting BIRT. If that doesn't work. Try deleting and re-downloading it.
