Is there a method to create a csv from rptdesign template just like EXCELRenderOption for excel? I need to implement this immediately, please suggest...

There is a CSV emitter plugin that you can use to output to CSV. It exists as an export from the viewer option, but I think you have to add the plugin for it to be a standard output.
