modify labels for multiple series

I am currently working on a multiple Y Axis Bar chart and I am having trouble with the labels for the Y axis. I know how I want it to look but I am not able to get the labels for the different series to line up. I have attached an image that shows how I want the label to appear where both the series 1 and series 2 data are listed in one label above the bar.

I would greatly appreciate any help that you may have.
