Birt Report Error

Subject : Unable to see the results on report
I have the following error when I open maximo default report 'wotrack.rptdesign' from wotrack application into Birt Report Designer 2.3.2, and I click on 'preview' tab, after some times it generates the following error. Can any help me what is the reason and how to resolve it. I am a new user in Birt Designer 2.3.2. Please help me in detail how to resolve this error.
