tt_data not working

Hi.
My available_templates.cfg contains the following section:

<template_file name='Author DCR Submit' path='default/author_submit_dcr.wft'>
<command_list>
<command value='tt_data' />
<command value='all' include='no' />
</command_list>
<role_list>
<role value='author' include='yes' allusers='yes'/>
<role value='editor' include='yes' allusers='yes'/>
</role_list>
</template_file>

But when i save the DCR and click on close it doesnt automatically pop up the workflow screen. Also is it possible to invoke a workflow after I use IWDatacapture.close() command in my formapi code?

If the DCR in question is already part of a workflow, you will not get prompted.
If you are logged in with a role other than editor or author (as per the config you posted) you will not get prompted.
Not sure about the IWDatacapture.close() aspect - sorry.
