Report designed with Query Builder doesn't run in birt.war runtime

I created a report using a data source for the query builder, yet when I try to drop it into the report folder for the birt.war runtime, it won't run. Is there a separate jar that needs to be included?

I get errors similar to the following.

Which version of BIRT runtime are you using? If it is 3.7, you will need to configure the OSGi-less workspace path for DTP framework (used by the SQL Query Builder's data source).
