HI ,
Please help me in this issue.
I have the following IOB output
NAME DOB ****
AAA 2011-08-16 08:15:47 MALE
AAA 2011-08-16 09:15:47 MALE
AAA 2011-08-16 10:15:47 MALE
AAA 2011-08-16 11:15:47 MALE
BBB 2011-08-16 08:15:47 MALE
BBB 2011-08-16 09:15:47 MALE
BBB 2011-08-16 10:15:47 MALE
BBB 2011-08-16 11:15:47 MALE
Where DOB is timestamp and the key column here.
And i am grouping by name
My condition is that , the oldest timestamp's **** has to be changed into FEMALE. ie, the output has to be
NAME DOB ****
AAA 2011-08-16 08:15:47 FEMALE
AAA 2011-08-16 09:15:47 MALE
AAA 2011-08-16 10:15:47 MALE
AAA 2011-08-16 11:15:47 MALE
BBB 2011-08-16 08:15:47 FEMALE
BBB 2011-08-16 09:15:47 MALE
BBB 2011-08-16 10:15:47 MALE
BBB 2011-08-16 11:15:47 MALE
How can i implement this.
Help me with this.
Thanks

If your table is grouped and sorted so that the oldest timestamp comes first, you should be able to create a new binding to output FEMALE for the first row of each group. When the name changes, you'd output FEMALE, otherwise, you'd output the original value. Hope this helps.
