Use of flash gadgets for simulation

Hi,

Is there any tutorial available which shows the functionality of dragging the pointer to simulate value changes similar to:

http://www.actuate.com/democenter/a10/flashdash.swf

Especially one with flash gadgets such as Linear Gauge and Meter.
