i have downloaded Birt iServer, however it is just showing connecting to server and not proceeding for hours.

I have downloaded Birt iServer(Windows) but unable to configure it
I am not able to run management console also .
Please help me urgently...
In http://localhost:8900/acadmin/config it is showing -> internet explorer cannot display the web page.
