BIRT design from the End user

Hi,

Kindly let me know, whether the end user can design the report with change of columns,view and data and have dynamically chart designs from the application using the open source BIRT designer.

If it can be done, let me know the sites for reference.

if its is paid version let us know the sites and the name of the viewer.

I am not sure if I understood your question.
Open Source BIRT designer is a desktop based tool that enables users to design new BIRT reports or edit existing reports. Typically this is used by report designers and developers.
Actuate also sells a commercial product called BIRT Studio that enables end users to design BIRT reports using just a web browser;
