Hi Srikala,<br />

If I read you post correctly. You want to publish (for now I assume to an iServer) and put data in the Library you want to centralise to maintain.<br />
<br />
You can work with a Library in several ways. You can design a Report and then click on an element and then store it in a Library.<br />
<br />
Or you can create a Library and just create in the Library the objects.<br />
<br />
First some basic Totorials about using the Library (Just used Google)<br />
