automatic generation of pages

Content contributors will enter content and then name a dcr (ex a.dcr) .. and then they generate the page a.html

after the a.html is generated i want Interwoven to generate another page a_print.html using the same dcr and a different presentation template (that is printer friendly) and then i want the a_print.html to automatically update in the a.html ( so that users can click on the printer friendly version).

Now i want to find out if there is a way a_print.html can be generated automatically... when a.html is created and then update the link in a.html.

I also want to know what i need to do generate html automatically when a dcr is created (with the same name..)

There are some command line tools to achieve the same. You can invoke these CLT's in your tpl. For eg you should be having a tpl to create printer friendly HTML's. So use, the generate ipl CLT and create the printer friendly version. Then you would have to know the name of this file (so its better to have some standard naming convention), so that you could regenerate the HTML page with the printer friendly HTML's link.
