When I click a .PDF link in a web page, the PDF document may not open and you see a image placeholder icon or a Red X in the browser window. Any suggestions???

Hi Trace11,
Typically browser require a PDF reader plugin that enable opening a PDF document in a web page. What browser are you using and what is your operating platform? Are you doing this from Information Console?
