Dynamic stylesheet in BIRT report

can we provide different runtime stylesheet(CSS or Theme) in BIRT report? In short I am asking while running a website can we provide user the option to select different stylesheet(CSS or Theme)?Please help me out.
Please send the code as well if somebody has it.
