Venn Chart / BIRT Workshop

Hi, 
 
we are using OpenSource BIRT to build reports for our customer. 
 
Is it possible to use Venn diagram with BIRT? Like this one?

We are also looking for a BIRT consultant in Frankfurt. 
We need an advanced workshop in building BIRT reports and helping our developers to solve open issues.

Hi,

Venn Charts are currently not part of the chart builder that is shipped out with BIRT. The chart framework is extensible which means that you can add your own chart by writing some code.
In addition i know that there was somebody who wanted to implement a Venn Chart as extension in the google summer of code but from all i know he never finished it or at least is not maintaining it any more.

BIRT is quite extensible and you can call java from within a report. Perhaps you already have some java code that can generate a Venn Chart as a image and can be used inside your report (as i already said it would be quite straight forward to integrate that into your report)
