Setting HTTP header globally

I need to set an HTTP header in all BIRT responses. What JSP(s) do I need to do this in to ensure that the header is set globally(i.e. for every response). Thanks.

You could modify the frameset fragment, but BIRT uses AJAX to do pagination, so it may be more complex than this.
