I'm looking for a way to change the default value of a parameter at runtime.
This value is but in Database. Can I bind default value of a parameter with columnX dataset and determine one of them. But in general. Also first or last or when columnY == something ...

Can you explain a little bit more about your issue? Is your parameter dynamic or is it a text box? In a dynamic listbox parameter, you can assign a column to a parameter and the first value in the list is usually the default value. Not sure if this helps your situation or not. Also, you can use an expression to create the default. Let me know.
