Direct Print issue

Hi All,

We have an issue with multiple reports which are having "Direct Print" option. Users are not able to print the reports. Please find the logs below.

[9/11/11 10:35:04:703 EST] 00000376 ServletWrappe E SRVE0068E: Uncaught exception thrown in one of the service methods of the servlet: SilentPrintServlet. Exception thrown : javax.servlet.ServletException: BMXAA5480E - The report swc005_fac_standard_wo.rptdesign of the WOTRACK application failed to run.
BMXAA5476E - The report swc005_fac_standard_wo.rptdesign could not be prepared to run.
BIRT Report Engine not initialized properly for this operation to work.
at psdi.webclient.beans.report.SilentPrintServlet.getBirtPDF(SilentPrintServlet.java:338)

Which version of Maximo 7 are you running? 
 
There have been a number of hotfixes for direct printing. 
Have you applied them all? 
 
Does the browser view work? 
I know it is a different piece of code but it helps rule out some problems

We are using MAximo 7.1.1.7 and production server configured with report cluster. 
regarding hotfix , we have not applied any hotfix for this.it is working fine for Browser view. 
if you have any hotfix details, could you plese provide me the same. thanks
