Right Border on Table/Grid

I'm trying to get a complete border around the outside of my tables but for some reason the right side border isn't showing up, as you can see from this screenshot

I want my border on the right to match the one on the left. 
 
I generated these borders by selecting 'section-border' in the tables style property. I have also looked at the tables box properties to verify that the right border is actually set and it is. I've attached my .rptdesign file here. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

I didn't open your report to look, but normally this is caused when the table is the same size as the page/grid.

The border is actually there, but the right edge of your table is being cut off by the edge of the grid/page.

The solution would be to force your table to be a touch smaller than the grid/page.

Well as you can see here, I don't think it's a problem of it getting cut off because there is room. I also testing giving it even more room and it still didn't show.

Any ideas? I mean if the border is supposed to be there and it's not being cut off, what else could be going wrong?
