BIrt viewer "pattern=Frameset" taking time to Load

hi,
i am using Birt 3.7.1 indigo and jboss 5.0 sever.
i am displaying Birt reports in my web application Project by using <birt:viewer></birt:viewer> tag in jsp page.

but when i use pattern=frameset reports will initially take time to load about(30 sec). after that reports will load quickly within (2 sec).

i am using two data sets,one data source and tables with grouping and aggregations in report.

i want to reduce this initial time(30 sec) which reports taking to load.

how it is possible ??

The first report generation after webserver startup takes quite a while because the webserver starts up the reporting engine the time it needs to generate the first report. After that it is much faster because the report engine is available until you shutdown the webapp or the webserver.

So is the report just slow on first generation (not related to the report at all) or is it just slow for every report if you generate the report the first time?
