With Parameter passing report doesn't display data

Hi All,

We have a report which takes 3 parameters and gives the output. From past few days, if we pass the 3rd parameter it doesn't give any data in the report. I suspected on data, but data is available. If we pass only the above 2 parameters it gives records for all facilities. It was working fine earlier. Issue from past few days only.

Please share your views, why report behaves so weird.

Note: No date parameter used. All the data is related to WOGEN.
