Maximo 7.5 -"Error 500: javax.servlet.ServletExce" while displaying BIRT reports

I've already tried solutions from these links:

Yes, this is all built-in reports. I have no installed BIRT Designer yet.

Sorry, then I have no other ideas other than trying on installing the designer and see if the reports work in the designer.

Where should these reports be located? I've found something like this here: 
...\MAXIMO.ear\businessobjects.jar\importreports\reports.zip\reports 
and here 
C:\Program_Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\ctgAppSrv01\temp\ctgNode01\ 
MXServer\MAXIMO\maximouiweb.war\reportadmin\importbirtreport\batchimport\reports 
And they work well in the designer

The reports are located (in a default install on Windows) here:

C:\IBM\SMP\maximo\reports\birt

However, you will need to read the 'Report Developer Guide' for your version. Follow the setup steps in the document otherwise you will not be able to run the reports.
