Property Binding in DataSet

Hi,
if I have some query in query window of DataSet as well as in property binding window then will there be a call to db 2 times ?

It's my understanding that when the report renders itself, whatever is in the property binding text replaces the normal query text, so there is only one call to the database for the dataset.

Some rudimentary testing shows that this is the case.
